Step 1: You become our valued customer, by purchasing one or more of our innovative products. Choose from our portfolio of product categories: MaintenanceEdge, UtilityTrac, and InventoryEdge.
Step 2: Within 24 hours of your purchase, FacilityDude will call to schedule a comprehensive startup session with your team. This instructive webinar is with a live client services technician and walks you through setup and product use. Most clients prefer to schedule the training session 7 to 10 days out from the purchase date to give their system administrators time to get the training on their calendars. In general, your team should budget between 2 to 3 hours for the training.
Step 3: Throughout your entire experience as our valued customer, you will continue to receive outstanding customer support. FacilityDude stands behind its products and is happy to provide additional training that fits your team’s needs. Technical phone support, site personnel email notifications, group training, and other programs are a few of the services we provide customers with to enhance satisfaction.
